We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Diner's Club and PayPal. By using PayPal, you may also use your American Express card or an eCheck. See PayPal for more information on their services. We only accept orders placed directly on our website and do not accept orders or payment through the mail, phone or fax.
How to Order
You may order online with our secure shopping cart. Using the online shopping cart, you can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diner's Club) and PayPal. Shipping Costs
All orders are shipped from Kentucky through the U.S. Postal Service. Most orders are shipped in 24 hours. The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order and the delivery location and is calculated automatically when you check out so you will know exactly how much you will be charged before you pay.
For Domestic Orders you may choose:
USPS Express: overnight to many locations
USPS Priority: usually 2-4 days (but occassionally longer)
USPS First Class: for small orders only, usually 3-5 days (but occassionally longer)
For International Orders you may choose:
USPS International Express
USPS International Priority
USPS International First Class
Not all shipping options are availabe to every country. Shipping methods available to your address are selectable during checkout. If no shipping methods are offered, you will be contacted regarding shipping methods by email after your order is placed. The delivery time for international orders may be quite variable depending upon which country your package is shipped to. Please see the US Postal Service web site for more information.
International orders
All payments must be in US dollars. Shipping times for international orders can vary from a 2 days to several weeks. We are not responsible for additional fees, duties or taxes added to your order by your country. Out of stock items will be removed from international orders, and the money will be refunded to you.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually packed within 24 hours of receiving your order and shipped six days a week. Delivery time is dependent upon the type of shipping selected and the final destination. Please check with the US Postal Service for typical delivery times. Due to occassional delays in the Postal Service, domestic customers must allow up to 30 days for delivery. Due to occassional significant delays we've seen with customs and security checking, international customers must allow up to 45 days for delivery. Although MOST orders arrive in just a few days, we have no control over delays during shipping.
Out of Stock or Backordered Items
Any item that is out of stock or backordered at the time of sale will be deleted from you order and you will be refunded the price of those items.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charge on all orders placed from Kentucky.
