Return Policy
If you wish to return any item, you must first email us for prior authorization and an authorization code. All returned materials must have the return authorization code in order to be processed. We are not responsible for merchandise received without this code.
All returned merchandise must be in the original package and in resale condition. We do not offer refunds on any of the following products:
- any opened item.
- any non-packaged items, such as paper, stickers, or die cuts.
- any sale items.
Return of unwanted merchandise is at your shipping expense. You must email us within 5 days of receipt in order to return an item. No returns will be accepted after 5 days of receipt of order.
Store credit in the form of a gift certificate will be issued for returned items.
Damaged merchandise
Damaged products must be returned in order to be exchanged with the same item. We will pay the return shipping charges if you have a damaged item. You must email us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise in order to exchange it.
Discrepancy in your order
If you have a discrepancy with your order, we will be happy to correct it! You must notify us by email within 5 days of receipt of your order and shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
Returned Payments
A $15 fee will be assessed for any returned payment.
Packages Returned as Undeliverable
If a package is returned to us by the US Postal Service as undeliverable to the customer's shipping address, the customer will be required to provide a legitimate address to which the postal service can make delivery and pay the additional shipping fees to resend their package to the new address.
Pricing policies
Pricing may change without notice. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. All pricing is based on U.S. dollars. However, when you select to display prices in currencies other than US dollars, the price in non-US dollars is subject to change and may be somewhat different than shown on the invoice. Our bank determines actual exchange rates from US dollars into your currency of choice at the time of settlement.
Errors and/or omissions
Mistakes happen, and we do our best to prevent them. However, we are not responsible and/or liable for errors or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, shipping costs, etc. In case of an error, you will be notified and provided with corrected information and the option to continue or cancel your order.
